1. ORDERING AT hankjobenhavn.com/webshop

Payment:
We accept payment via Paypal or with any of the following card types. All card payments on hankjobenhavn.com/webshop are via a secure SSL encrypted server from Quickpay.

3D secure payment:
Only 3D secure transactions are accepted when paying with Non-Danish credit cards. 3D secure is a secure payment service developed by Visa to ensure that online transactions can only be made by the card holder. The service is also used by Mastercard and JCB. It is up to the card provider (your bank) to confirm your identity when your credit/debit card is used to make purchases over the internet. You will be required to enter a password that you have previously arranged with, or been given by your bank. This password is controlled by your bank through an encrypted and secure server. When confirmed the order will be processed as per usual.

Paying with Paypal:
When Paypal is used to pay for an order the address on the order must be identical to the address in the Paypal account used for payment. This is a security requirement of Paypal. If the addresses don’t match then the order will not be sent.

Prices:
All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%

Local taxes:
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

Pricing and Availability:
Whilst we strive to make sure that, prices, descriptions and stock details on goods are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the goods within your order, you will be contacted and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or of cancelling it. If we cannot contact you the order will be cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, a full refund will be issued.

2. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Right of return:
You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day you received the goods on.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.

Warranty claims:
All products sold on hankjobenhavn.com/webshop are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not wear and tear from regular use.

3. POSTAGE

General:
Hankjobenhavn.com/webshop sends orders with Post Danmark and UPS. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package.

Det er op til dit betalingsinstitut at bekræfte din identitet hvis du bruger kredit eller debit kort til køb på internettet. Identifikationen foregår ved at indtaste sit personlige password ved købet. Passwordet bliver kontrolleret af dit betalingsinstitut igennem en krypteret og sikker forbindelse. Passwordet er et du selv har valgt med dit betalingsinstitut, eller har fået tilsendt.

Ved benyttelse af Paypal skal Paypal adressen stemme overens med forsendelsesadressen i ordren. Dette er af sikkerhedshensyn og et krav fra Paypal. Hvis de ikke stemmer overens vil vi kontakte dig og finde en løsning.

Priser:
Alle priser er inklusive dansk moms på 25%.

Udsolgte varer, pris- og trykfejl:
Han Kjøbenhavn tager forbehold for udsolgte varer samt pris- og trykfejl på webshoppen. Har du spørgsmål vedrørende dit køb er du velkommen til at kontakte os.

2. RETURRET OG REKLAMATIONSRET

Returret:
Du har 14 dages returret på varer. De 14 dage gælder fra den dato du har modtaget dine varer på.

Produkter skal returneres i original emballage, og prismærker o.l. må ikke være taget af. Produkter skal pakkes I en kasse eller lignende. Tape må ikke påsættes direkte på et produkt eller produktets emballage.

Han Kjøbenhavn har ret til at afvise en returnering hvis ovenstående krav ikke er opfyldt.

Reklamationsret::
Du har 2 års reklamationsret på produkter. Dette gælder produktionsfejl og ikke almen slidtage fra normalt brug.

3. FORSENDELSE

Generelt om forsendelse:
Han Kjøbenhavn sender ordrer ud med Post Danmark og UPS. Alle pakker er forsikrede og har et pakkenummer så dens status altid kan spores. Når en ordre sendes af sted, modtager kunden automatisk en e-mail med pakkenummer.

Levering i Danmark er 3-5 hverdage.
