Han Kjøbenhavn reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, should we find that the price is incorrect. In such a case, we will cancel the order and notify you by email.
Han Kjøbenhavn also does not guarantee that all items included on the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the unfortunate event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible by email.

The customer can return orders within 14 days after receiving the order. The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as the customer receives it. Therefore customer assumes full responsibility for the return and condition of the product. In case of returning a damaged or defective product, Han Kjøbenhavn can deduct money from the amount you are to be refunded.
Please note that the customer pays the shipping fee when returning a product.
If you return your entire order, you will get the entire amount you paid refunded.
For partial returns we will reduct the shipping costs from the refund.
All refunds will be carried out through the payment method in which you originally placed the order.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the wished item as soon as we receive the original order. If the wished exchange is not possible, you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund.
We accept payment via Paypal or with any of the following card types. All card payments on www.hankjobenhavn.com are via a secure SSL encrypted server from Teller. Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code.

We withdraw the order amount from your chosen payment method when the items are shipped. When paying with credit/debit cards, the transaction will not be completed before your order is dispatched from our address.
Claims / Warranty
The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to all of our customers and orders. All bought items therefore have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Your complaint must be made within a “reasonable time” after you received your purchase and detected the defect.
3D secure payment
Only 3D secure transactions are accepted when paying with Non-Danish credit cards. 3D secure is a secure payment service developed by Visa to ensure that the cardholder can only make online transactions. MasterCard and JCB also use the service. It is up to the card provider (your bank) to confirm your identity when your credit/debit card is used to make purchases over the Internet. You will be required to enter a password you have previously arranged with or given by your bank. Your bank, through an encrypted and secure server, controls this password. When confirmed, the order will be processed as usual.
Paying with Paypal
When Paypal is used to pay for an order, the order’s address must be identical to the address in the Paypal account used for payment. This is a security requirement from Paypal. If the addresses don’t match, the order will not be sent.
All displayed prices include the local VAT. For Non-EU countries 0% VAT applied.
We offer our customers tax-free purchases on orders from outside the EU. The VAT will be deducted automatically when you select shipping country in checkout.
Please note that local import duties and taxes may still apply to your international order. We have no control over these charges, and we are not able to predict what they might be. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we strive to make sure that prices, descriptions, and stock details on goods are accurate, errors may occur, and we retain the right to change these at any time.
Han Kjøbenhavn delivers worldwide. Orders are sent with GLS in Denmark and Germany; DHL for the rest of the world. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and estimated delivery for your package.
